Hey Everyone!
Hello, it's been a while. Been so caught up with school and trying to find a job, I haven't had time to write. I hope some of you are still interested. How is your weight loss going? I've been very consistant working out at home. My boyfriend won 2 three month memberships to Gold's Gym for winning a taco eating contest, lol! Anyway, I am planning to do a free fitness assesment for new members. I'm surprising how determined I've been, I think this time it will be different. I'm not looking for a quick fix. I'm starting to accept being physical into my normal daily routine. When I think of it this way, I find it easier to do. Next time you don't feel like excercise, think of all the benefits it will have if you do and how guilty you wil feel later if you don't. That usually gets me going. Stay strong. I miss your comments, is anyone still listening? :)
