Going to a trainer

Today, I set up a meeting to meet with a personal trainer at my gym. It's on Thursday and I'm really interested to see what they have to say. I'm happy that I'm taking advantage of the service since it is free to members. If your currently at a gym, I would recommend meeting with someone who can help you along the way.

I've been really dedicated to working out and eating right. I have a lot of confidence that I will accomplish what I want. Just a tip, if your looking for a good lunch or dinner, try to get some lean chicken tenderloins from your local grocery store. The ones that I buy are really lean, like 99% fat free. They even will season them for you for free. It's quick to grill and is really tasty, and not boring and dried out! Eat with some asparagus and mushrooms or any vegetables you like, even throw in a little rice. It's high in protein and low in fat. And did I mention, Hella yummy :) Give it a try.
