Checking In With A New Attitude:)

Hey everyone! It's been awhile since I've blogged, but I've been on a roll. I've been excercising consistantly almost everyday. I can jump on my elliptical for an hour and it doesn't even phase me anymore. Even today, I was on for almost an hour and a half and blasted 700 cals!!!!!

I started to excercise more often after I read a chapter for my Health and Fitness class. I learned so many benefits of excercise. Now when I do it, it's not just to loose weight or fat or get in shape, it is to be healthy and to STAY healthy. I am learning to make excercise part of my daily routine and don't dread it as much anymore. With my new attitude, I am positive I will get where I want to be, and maybe even surprise myself and go farther than I ever expected.
