Hey Everyone! I'm happy to say that I've been feeling better and I worked out today, its been like 2 weeks since I last was on my elliptical. To my surprise, I blasted away 500 calories! I can't believe I had that much energy. I was on there for a lil over an hour.
I have been recently thinking that I'm not going to weigh myself everyday. The reason I'm saying this is I feel that when you step on a scale everyday, progress seems to take so long. Your constanly thinking about that magical number you want to reach. It's really frustrating! I once told my doctor that it's not how much you weigh, it's how you feel about your figure. Sometimes you can loose weight and fit better in your jeans, but not notice it cause your not at the weight you want to be. Numbers are stupid. Your feelings matter more. So, my advice is don't step on a scale everyday, do it twice or three times a week. It's also like if you don't see a friend for a while, and when you finally do, its like wow you lost weight! But, if you saw them everyday, you wouldn't notice that much.
