OMG! I am so happy someone is following me. I was starting to get worried there for a moment. Well to the 4 of you who are following, welcome. And a shout out to Kevin, thankx for the comment. You all are truly awesome :). Uh... so I've been pretty active lately with jogging and going for hikes and my eating is fairly well. However, today I have to admit that I had a slip! My brother, is a lover of the fast food, especially Pizza Hut. It seems like every Friday, we have to order something in cause the fridge is close to empty.
Now, I've heard that the devil takes many forms, so did you know that he can imitate sausage and pepperoni pizza? AHHHHHHHH!!!!! Help ME! And not only pizza, but pasta, and garlic, cheesy bread. Well, I'm sorry to say that, "God, forgive me cause I have sinned!!!!" "May God have mercy on my thighs"!
But believe me I will do my repenting tomorrow. I have to......, no I WILL eat healthy all day and as for excercise, we are going to a waterpark so I will be sure to knock myself out! It's funny, when your little you think life is so great and that everything will be perfect once you get older. And then before you know it, your eating salads all the time and being physical isn't so fun anymore.
Uh......! I won't end the blog on a bad note. Yes I had a little slip, but it happens, I'm only human. I found that if you totally block out all the bad foods, you'll go insane! You'll miss it so much that you'll eat 10 times more than you would originally! After I treat myself, I'm satified, and it really seems to motivate me to take a healthy step for the next day. Life is hard as it is, remeber we must reward ourselves along the way. Don't feel guilty for slipping once and a while, you can feel down and pout for a lil. But then, move on, don't drag it out! You owe yourself that much, don't you?

I know how you feel with the food slip-ups...my job is serving ice cream! I'm around yummy food all day and it is very difficult to stay strong and not just go for a sundae. But I've made a pretty good compromise. If I make a 'mistake' (i.e., the ice cream falls off the cone when I dip it), I stick it in the freezer and eat it later. Now I only have ice cream every once in a while when I'm at work, instead of every night.
I love your blog. Keep writing! I wish you luck, health and happiness in your journey. <3
Peace
Hey Sarcastic, thankx for the comment! It's really crazy how calories and fat add up! I hate it! For a while I've been checking the nutrition facts on the back of things I buy. Like yesterday when I went to the waterpark, I had a really good sandwhich on wheat w/ meat and veggies. Then later, everyone wanted some ice cream. It is so hard to resist. What I found the most helpful is really to share the portion w/someone else. My sister and I had spilt and cookie ice cream sandwhich. I saved my self a lot of calories and fat! I didn't eat anything else for the rest of the day. I wouldn't say that I'm obsessed with looking at labels, but it is great to be aware, there is nothing wrong with that. It just proves that you are in control of yourself and where you want to be. Props for doing the ice cream thing, I would be tempted too! I'm happy that your following my blog and glad that you like it.
