Hello, everyone. I finally tried out my spaghetti squash recipe. I give it about 7/10. The outcome was pretty good. It was made w/ italian sausage( low fat), green peppers, mushrooms, spaghetti sauce and cheese(low fat as well) :). It looked like lasagna. The only drawback to it was the texture of the squash. It looked exactly like noodles, but was crunchy! I was kinda disappointed! It just reaffirmed the fact that nothing can replace pasta. All and all if you made this recipe without the squash or some whole grain noodles, it would be fabulous. I will post it tomorrow if you are interested.
I was wondering what you guys thought about me doing a video blog. I think it would be fun, but I'm not sure if you can do this on Blogger. If not, I'm thinking about doing it on You Tube or sumthing. I would take questions, comments, weight loss challenges, etc. by my followers. Tell me what you think :)
