Dress the Part

Hello :) Recently I discovered a couple of interesting things. Everyday, sometimes more than others, it takes me longer to get out the door and go to the gym. What I started to do was after breakfast, I got into my workout clothes. Even though I didn't work out right away, it sort of gives me the boost I need to get out the door and actually makes me want to work out.

Another thing; you work out to look good, right? So, consider purchasing a few stylish pieces of clothing to work out in. I made a trip to my local Lady Foot Locker, and purchased shorts and a couple tees. These items don't only make you look good, but they are made to work out in. Comfort and breathable materials are essential when working out. However, don't buy too much! Just choose a couple of pieces that you will use. Don't get too many pieces of one item because most likely, you won't use them and you don't need them.

Look goood and feel good, that's whats important! :)
