Happy New Year

Hello, hope everyone had a great new year. I'm still recooperating from my panic attack, but I think I'm doing better. I'm not sure when I will get back to the gym. My body feels really drained and I'm kinda going through ups and downs in my mood. I adjusted some of my medication, so hopefully I will be back to myself within a few days.

I think that all my stress just built up and my body was telling me to slow down, but I didn' t listen. My mom says that " we all try to think we are super hero's" Today, everyone is rushing around and not taking a break. No one is taking time for themselves. Stress can kill. So relaxation should be one of your new year's promises to yourself. I have learned that I can't fix everyone's problems and make everything in my life perfect. It takes time to get settled and where you want to be. Patience is also something I need to work on. I would love to hear some things you will be changing this year. Let me know :)
