Fast Food Craving Confessions

Uh....... I did have a couple of things to eat this past week that I shouldn't have. Ranging from 2 slices of pizza, a burrito, and a cheeseburger and fries. They weren't all on the same day, they were actually spread out. I think that I would of felt better about it if I was excercising during the week. However, school started and my elliptical wasn't put together. I did feel bad about it. I guess I had to have my moment of regret, but I can't keep beating myself up about it. My weight really hasn't changed much. Now that my elliptical is done, I will start using it tomorrow. I got a new scale that measures weight, body fat, and hydration levels. I think this is good so I can tell if I'm loosing body fat. Ne way, just wanted to check up on you all and see if anyone was still reading. I miss your comments :(

Don't deprive yourself of the good things in life. Don't feel guilty about eating a little junk food now and then. Life is too short to waste it that way. We do the best we can with the knowledge we have at the time. And sometimes we know our body is craving some comfort food. I admire your keeping this blog going.
